Robots.txt Removal Dangers

Can this affect PR transfers from 301 redirection?

We consolidated several domains into one domain using 301 redirection. Some of this happened 4 months ago, some about one month ago. A Google sitemap shows them our new configuration.

HOWEVER -

Pages from the OLD domains, some now 4 months old, still show in Google index when I query site:ouroldsite.tld

We can get rid of all these "old" pages that now forward to new domain using Google's robots.txt removal process, but will this "lose our PR" because Google will not process the old pages and send the PR to the new ones?
