I just bought an expired domain and noticed that after one week I am getting 10 uniques/day.
I checked on the wayback machine and nothing was ever on the site!
Anyone else experience this?

Some expired domains already have backlinks and are listed in directories. Also when they go through the expiration process they are published on public lists which result in some automated programs to visit the domain.
