Messed up with my CMS while Googlebot was indexing

Will it ruin my hard earned rankings?

I was making a minor change to the templates I use for my site, finished and hit the 'rebuild' button to rebuild the entire site with the altered templates.

I checked only one or two pages and they were fine, before I got distracted for about an hour, then when I looked again realised that most of the major pages were TOTALLY messed up, with the content repeated twice on each page,including navigation and google ads and pretty much everything - basically on each page was the normal page and then the whole thing, structure and all repeated within it.

I fixed it fast but then checked my stats to find that in that very hour Googlebot had been all over those pages like a rash.

I have just begun to get this site some decent rankings in Google - have I completely blown it?
