Hi fellas:)

I found a unique kw that i could use to be on the search engine results on the *first page*. I'm not sure if i should create a page for this term.

Q.1.Will creating a page for this kw phrase help the page rank on my other pages if it relates to my site theme?

I ask because i saw a few sites that have a pr0 and their on the first page results for this kw phrase.

>>So with that said, if i get on this *first page* results, will i receive a page rank 0 like some of these other sites?

Q.2. Or does pr depend on some other factor for these sites webpage rank for this keyword?

Q.3. If i get on *this first page* will the pr boost my other theme related content?

Thanks for your help:)

Ranking doesn't affect PR, so to answer your first and third question, no, if you get to the first page your PR won't be affected.

Sites rank based on lots of factors, one of which may or may not be PR (Google PageRank). Your PR is based on inbound links to your site.
