Can Google Drop a Site Because it Was Down?

Site was fine 2 days ago, now just 1 link is left.

It was not exactly down, but it is a dynamic site and I messed up some parameters and ended showing other's site content (of my own).
The site has just 40 links indexed, but they were all their links, today Google only shows the link to the hosting control panel in a subdirectory.
The site is not totally finished respecting design and I may change a link or two, but I was so happy it was indexed already, now is gone.
Any idea?

showing other's site content

If you show another sites content, you run the risk of a duplicate content penalty.

In the future don't develop a website online. Do it offline and then upload it all at once. This will save you from Google spidering your glitches.

In your experience, how could I get this site to live again? It is still listed with one link (no description), so it is not vanished at all.
If I rename all the pages with a prefix or something to make them different could it work?
