Hi everyone,

I am building my new portfolio Website and all the content in the home page is in English because i want to approach clients worldwide BUT my blog will be in Greek since I mainly target the market of Greece and I can write better articles in Greek.

The question is if I interlink from blog to the home page, wiil I have problems ?

By interlinking to home page from Greek pages, do you mean a link like a link under logo that usually goes to a home page (or a similar link in the footer) or do you intend to interlink to home page via text links elsewhere on the page?

I mean interlinking with anchor text in my blog posts ! Not spam just 1 or 2 every 10 blog posts. The blog is directly connected with the main menu to the homepage.

Boilerplate reply: Start by thinking about what would be useful for your Greek human visitors. If you decide that links wouldn't do them any particular good, then you don't need to think about the SEO angle.

People reading your blog probably already know that the overall site is in English. But surely you've got links from front page to blog, with some advance warning that it's in Greek. Would the format of those links work in the other direction?

Admittedly I do this so seldom that I can get away with "weitere Aufführungen (auf englisch)" or "pagina in inglese" or similar clunkiness. You're probably looking for something more elegant.
