Is there any why that i can get my site page rank to go down?
i know if i will remove all the links on my site and my sites links partners will start to remove my links my page rank will go done but it will take a long time, there's something to do to change the page rank immediate?

With due respect to aris1970, zardoz did not mention any contractual disputes. I based my comment on his/her comments only.

Zardoz has indicated that he will/might/could remove the links from his own sites. Fine ... he is entitled! However, asking "link partners" to remove links which are not under his control is (IMHO) a pretty slimey thing to do.

I suppose what bothers me about this idea is that a client hires an SEO to make his site more visible on search engines. Full stop. Unless stated in the contract that all efforts to improve rankings would be reversed at the end of the one year term, then doing anything to impede, alter or in any way negatively impact the site, its traffic or its PR would be or should be subject to legal action by the client against his SEO.

These are services he has bought and paid for. It is exactly this sort of thinking which gives SEO a bad name. Very unprofessional.

After operating on a heart patient, extending that patient's life and improving his quality of life indefinitely by implanting a pacemaker, is it OK for the doctor to remotely turn off the pacemaker because the patient chooses to see another doctor?

I say no it isn't OK. The patient hired the doctor to make him well. The pacemaker is part and parcel of that deal and the doctor has no right to switch it off.

It really depends on the contract, but I think we should not do such a contract that depending in time would require you to tie to the provider of the service, like that unexpensive 3 year contract. I mean, yes, you're right since that was how your make the deal.
But why cause a situation with highly posibilities of failure?

I imagine if you stop visiting the orthodontist (and youy promise to finish the treatment with him), then the guy would be chasing you to twist your teeth like they were before ... LOL

Dear fischermx, according to my own experience with 50+ clients, a long-term contract is the best choice for both parties IF we consider that both are professionals and NOT scammers :).

Everyone has the chance to concetrate exclusively on his business. That was the only such bad experience I ever had indeed as I try to be very careful with the clients I work for.

Generally I think the possibilities of failure are more when we speak for "shoot and kill" (i.e. 1-month) projects where the only objective is to find 100s of links without even the ability for the client to see the real benefits of your work long-term.

I strongly believe that professional SEO as well as internet services are strictly related with long-term projects and goals; this is at least my point of view for my business.

How if instead of thinking to make PR 0, use this site to attract more and more cutomers/contracts.

Ask your visitors to look at same site with whom you are working only for 365 dyas and earn GREAT PR.

As always this is simply a matter of contractual terms that must be ironed out prior to the work being done. As long as the client understands the precise position theres nothing wrong with an optimiser reversing his work after the contractual period is up. Just make sure its a watertight agreement. Those who suggest that this type of arrangement is somehow morally or legally wrong are naive. Its not provided that all parties walk into the arrangement with their eyes open.

Are you going to change the onsite work back to its original as well, or are you only working on getting PR?

I would not worry about it. Just asking the question implies that you will probably not do this customer much good in the first place. You cannot reverse what was not first accomplished.

exactly my case, my sites were doing great until I started "implementing techniques", that's when they started sinking like Titanic!
