Cache missing - problem or normal?

I don't know if this has been discussed as the WW search is not working at the moment..

I noticed that for the a site of mine that took a hit in Bourbon the cache is missing.

Is this symtomatic of a problem or perhaps the cause of the problem?

Problems with cache anyone?
