Is it normal or Bourbon related?

I am checking backlinks to my domain using mcdar tools.
There are two values reported for me - 29BL and 43BL.
Out of 33 datacenters 43BL were reported by:

Are such oscillations something normal? I believe it continues since last backlink update, I haven't traced it before.
