Comparing penalised sites

Hi guys, I know we've had a thread here recently with questions for webmasters about the latest update - but I've compiled a list of factors which I think could have played an important part in the algorithm for the latest update, Bourbon.

For those penalised in this update, I'm guessing Google most likely sees the website as a scraper site, spam. So my questions are based with this in mind - can we learn from scraper sites? Essentially this is what's killing Google and they do need to take drastic measures to try and prevent it from destroying them completely. Unfortunately hitting innocent sites in the process can't be avoided - but it seems so many have been hit by this update including one of my old sites.

I would appreciate it if anyone webmasters could answer these questions. I'm really hoping for a correlation here that could help us.

a. Age of site (in years)
b. Amount of pages on site (indexed by Google)
c. Pagerank of your website?
d. Are you banned completely from Google?
f. Amount of pages 8 months ago (approx.) [let total pages - total pages 8 months ago = z]
g. Are the new page's(z) content database driven?
h. Between z, what percentage of content is similar? (approx.) excluding global items like menus/headers/footers...
i. Are your main keyword(s) included in almost every title of z
j. Are your main keyword(s) included in almost every the main header (h1 tag) of z
k. Are your main keyword(s) included in almost the filename and/or directory name of z
l. Are most z linked from independent sitemap/links page specifically built for these pages?
m. Are most z not linked directly from your older pages at all? Well apart from 1 or 2 places just to get them indexed... (ie. can users easily locate these pages or is the only way to search through a whole list of links on a sitemap)
n. How many units of adsense are on z?
