Recently I pointed both of them to the main web site (established with good ranking for three years. I used something called "domain pointer" in my "Direct Admin" control panel.
How does Google see this sort of thing? Could it be perceived as duplicate content?
When I search for backlinks in google for link:www.domainname.tld it returns a number of backlinks. When I use link:domainname.tld it returns the same results as the first one.
However, when I search for link:domain-name.tld (the pointing domain) google finds no backlinks.
Is this normal, or does google think domain pointers are some sort of immoral act?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
