I just tried it on the new personal Google... you can delete the cookie and it will no longer know who you are.
In MS-IE:
- click Tools
- click Internet Options
- click Settings
- click View Files
- find the @google cookie and delete it
- close (all) browser(s)
Open a browser and go to Google and see if it still knows "who you are"... it shouldn't.
