Some affiliate programs (amazon, allposters)offer dynamic content ads delivered with the help of iframes. While this makes linking a snap, and allows for automatically updated ads, do these iframes affect your se rankings?

Does google frown on pages with iframes?
If they do then every page running AdSense will soon be banished from their index.
