I am a webmaster in a small town - so when people are searching for things here I think many people would just type in the name of the town and the country. I put most of my sites on a reseller package with one ip. A while back, all my sites dropped from google except for one - the oldest one. There is another webmaster here and he is having the same problem. The sites that do show are for large sites that have just one page about the town - with virtually no information. I have looked into other possible reasons for being dropped, I took out most crosslinking - although there really was some value to the user in crosslinking because the sites were related. I even rewrote one site but to no avail. All the sites do fine in Yahoo and MSN. So I guess my question is, should I go to another server and get a unique ip for every rinky dink site I put up? Is anyone else having this problem? The town is so small (10,000)- there really isn't much legitimate competition. Any ideas?

Thanks, Pat
