Recently, I have seen more and more outer framesets in prime positions in Google's SERPs.

The keyword used to call up the pages is visible in the title and in the desription and kewords meta tags only.

None of these sites have that many inbound links, and they aren't really up to speed in recent web design. In fact they look as if they were made during the late 90ies (and maybe they where).

The fact that they have surfaced now, makes me wonder if the keyword to code ratio has changed in Google's algo recently. The outer frame that just passed our site in the SERPs has 4 instances of the two-word phrase in only 3 K of code.

Anyone else?
