Have you guys seen this or tried it?
I have another site at a different hosting company doing the same thing. I do theorically have the sites crosslinked. One says "owned by corporatename" and on the other site I am selling one of their products. I guess that is bad.
Both site names are completely original and made up. Not keyword domains.
Regardless, it doesn't at all seem to be any sort of penalisation on my end.
Today I noticed that the other two sites had reverted back to their original descriptions whilst I am still stuck with the boring DMOZ description.
Both of the other two use the same rather expensive SEO firm whilst I'm out on a limb as a one man band and I wonder whether that is a co-incidence or has anyone heard of a way around the DMOZ title as I know that it is currently costing me in terms of click through.
