Google and Password protected PDF's

I want to post PDF on my site and I want Google to index or spider all the content (pages) in the document along with the metadata.

I am publishing in Acrobat 6.0 and setting the securoty to password protection. I am only prevent users from altering the document. Users can view the document and print without the password.

Will Google still spider the pages? Or will the password security prevent it?

as long as the page opens up and gets viewed without the need for a password you should be fine.
