FFA Links with Good PR

How bad this is or not at all?

Hi,

1 Site owner asked me for link exchange with his site on a page having PR 3 and site using the standard link exchange concept like through email request. But the main thing is the page is ffa-business.html. Page name is FFa but nobody can upload his any link on the page.

How bad this page is in G Eye or this is not bad all all as having Google Page Rank 3.

I don't think you'll get penalized for it if that's what you mean.

No problem with that. The only exception I know of is links.tld
