Google returning odd URL's

Established site (1999)

[EarWig]

In the last week Google have started returning odd urls with no snippets for one particular client site

main URL is correct with snippets
+
[e-mail] - page does not exist
www.www.domainname.tld - page does not exist
%09www.domainname.tld - page does not exist
None of the above have snippets and NONE can be removed with the remove URL tool.

Any ideas?
