I have a 100 page site that has been relatively untouched in the last 6 months, other than going thru each page and adding a rel="Nofollow" tag to each outbound link on the stat counter, and adding another resource/recip link page.
This site has 6 resource/recip link pages, only the new one with no outbound links on it got a PR boost.
Almost every other page went up in PR Today.
Can one assume a recip link page is a PR drainer and a rel=nofollow tag is a PR gainer?
