I saw it on google.com and was not there on google.co.uk I checked alongside. Search harder button appeared with the search window at the bottom of the serps, the top window had only one search button. For my keywords it returned around 3X results if I clicked search harder than the regular search button and all the new results had a [New] tag with them.
