I wish i knew the answer. We have a network of affiliates who publish our syndicated content. There doesn't seem to by any rhyme or reason to which affiliates rank for which terms, but none of them have been "kicked out" of G.

I think you'd be ok - think of all the ap stories etc. that are exactly the same on site after site.

If the content is for users rather than search engines, one can play is safe an put a "noindex,follow" on all such pages...
