Does url case make influences pagerank?

mydomain.com vs. MyDomain.com

Does Google see mydomain.com and MyDomain.com as the same url? If someone make a backlink to my site with MyDomain.com in url will it be interpreted by Google as link to mydomain.com?

In my experience Google sees these as the same. For my domain Keyword-Keyword, appear in the same link: or site: or any other search command as keyword-keyword.
