Well this is odd

Google not displaying my site URL properly

I recently did a search on Google where my website comes up first in rank. My title and description were correct, but my URL was displayed as one of my link partners (Partner indexed my link URL as www.partnersite.com/linkout45346)

When I clicked on my site, I still came up to my webpage.

Has anyone else had this happen to them before? If they have, are there any suggestions on how to get my URL displayed instead of what my link partner has indexed it?
