only URL LIsted

Site down & Google crawled !

Hi,

I am having a site contains 1200 pages with a PR 5 belongs to home page. I just saw my site 2 days back and only url are listed with only 200 Url. PR is the same But i am surprised why only url are listed. My opinion is i changed a small setting for adsense in whole site and uploaded and may be when my site was down google crawled my site and thatsy urls are listed. can u pls suggest any reason for the same.
