2 of my sites not listed by Google.

Could trademark be a reason?

I operate numerous web sites, and nearly all of them do well in G's natural SERP's, except for 2 of my sites.

I've owned these sites for years and they good link popularity. They also get good traffic from Yahoo and MSN, but in Google, they are not even listed.

Recently it occurred to me that one has a domain name that is a derivative of the word "ask", and the other has the name of a Nintendo video game in its domain name (my son started the site when he was 11). These are both trademarked terms.

Has Google been known to de-list sites with trademarked terms in the domain?
