Please Help Google Search

Had a falling out with a business partner and when my name is searched on Google, the court case appears on the top of the page. I do not want this dirty laundry aired on Google. The webmaster is not reachable as his email and contact information is no longer valid, is there a way to bury this deeper in Google?

Make several duplicate contents, with cloaking to show users empty page, and put them on high PR pages ;)))

I had this problem, I just SEOed myself. You can also do SEO on other people with the same name. Boost those pages higher than the offending page and it'll decrease the problem.
