anchor text link question

just the keyword or more text?

Hi guys,

I have a question on anchor text links:

For keyword "widget", does it matter if the anchor text link is just "widget" or if it is "click here for widget"?
Anyone any experience with this? Does the keyword need just to be in the text or does the text has to be the keyword(s) and nothing else?
