Google only displaying URL

when searching for site:mysite.tld -foo

Google indexed about 30,000 pages of my site, but when searching for "site:mysite.tld -foo" about 90% of the returned results are just URLs. I also noticed quite poor rankings lately.

Did anybody experience the same, and how did you solve this?
