The channel also has established a partnership with the Google search engine, which will provide twice-an-hour updates on viewers' top Internet searches.

Wow, Al's is back at it. After inventing [governmentexecutive.com] the "information superhighway" 20 years ago, I thought he would be done.

Al Gore has a plan for luring the Internet generation back to television: make it more participatory by having viewers contribute their videos.

''We're about empowering this generation . . . to engage in the dialogue of democracy and tell the story of what's going on in their lives in the dominant media of our time," said Gore

Yes, what the youth need is more TV. I'm glad someone is fighting for their right view more targeted marketing messages.

I'm sure this will help the obesity epidemic.

I'm not trying to start a political debate; I just find the whole thing to be an amusing fiasco.

Bring back radio, newspapers, books, and toss the TV into a hole and fill it in.

Now back to my regular SCIFI program already in progress ;).

"I'm sure this will help the obesity epidemic. "

and your website helps combat it? When you started your site, did you care that people might stay browsing it instead of playing outseide? I doubt it. Same with him, he's out to make money first because there's a lot of investor money, and other things come second
