I am new to search engine optimization.I am working on a new site which is a month old.Recently i have changed the title, meta keywords and meta description tag.But after this the new title and description is not appearing when searched in google with the keywords site:www.example.com.
It would be very kind if anybody helps me out.
Thanks,

to get your site indexed faster and deeper you need to get more links from other well established sites. A good move is to get links not only to the homepage but also to deeper pages.
Sites with higher PageRank and good links are always spidered often and deeper.
And yes, when you update your content regularly, the bots will notice that and come by often to see whats new, but i doubt that it will help to index the deeper pages.
Normal Result:
Meta Title
Decrition text blah, blah, blah, blah...
www.their-domian.com - Xk - Cached - Similar pages
My Result:
my-sad-sites.com/
Similar pages
They're been punishing all my sites one way or the other since September, 2004 and there is ZERO spam, good content, and very good PR.
I'm wondering if my buggy server could be at fault? I caught them in serveral major gaffs recently including failure to install reverse DNS for my email which was causing me to loose numerous clients. Could this Google indexing issue be something at our end that we're missing?
