PR Linked To URL or URL+IP Address

Maybe I'm being paranoid here, I am having to switch from a shared web host to a dedicated server.

Can someone confirm that the PR ranking of my URL will move to the new host or does Google in some way tie the PR ranking to the IP address of the URL in some form resulting in loss of PR when you migrate a URL to a new web host
