Adwords causing Google to Index Unwanted Pages

While running a simple site: search for a client, I came across something I've never seen before. Pages indexed that I only use in Adwords campaigns. These aren't unique landing pages, yet regular pages with a 3rd party tracking code attached to the end.

Of course this will throw a wrench in regards to duplicate content.

Now I was unaware that Google was using their Adwords data toward their organic search results. I was under the impression that they had nothing to do with one another.

I guess it's not a big deal, it can always be fixed in robots.txt. However, it can add to the speculation that adwords data may have an impact on organic results.
