index.htm & index.html

Hi,

If i have index.htm and index.html file linked from by home page. Default file is index.htm so having index.html can cause any problem for spider?

Google don't fetch either of those. A link to /index.html or /index.htm is treated as a link to /

/iNdEx.HtM or /index.php or /index.php etc. are all OK at present.

On MSN they ad index.htm, which is a little stupid, but OK all beginning is hard.
