I want to create an affiliation program in order to increase the number of visits to my web site and moreover to get some more links.
I have seen some affiliation programs and all of them pass through the URL identification of the source web site.
My question would be:
Provided that Google makes the difference between www.example.com/index.asp?source=1 and www.domiain.com/index.asp?source=2 and of course, they are different from www.domiain.com/
If Google can make this difference it does not seem very useful to obtain links if these latest are pointing to different web sites when the source is different in each case.
Is anybody experienced in this matter or has ever implemented an affiliation program for his/her web?
Does anybody have an alternative to make an affiliation program which can also be used to get more links for the principal page of my web site?
Does google make any difference between www.example.com/#idaffiliate1 and www.example.com/#idaffiliate2 like with www.example.com/index.asp?source=1 and www.domiain.com/index.asp?source=2?
Thank you and best regards.

[edit reason] Examplified [/edit]
Given that you in it for the links I can't imagine you will have the affiliate's interests in mind and will therefore have a weak offering.
contrary to popular belief in some circles affiliates are not going to com running to your site to sign up and the most savvy SEO affiliate (i.e. the ones with the links you really want) will no how to stop passing you credit if they wanted to.
In my affiliation program im going to offer percentage of my sales.
So my problem is not the success of this project but the better way to do it at google's regard.
I would not like to duplicate pages to not being penaltied by google. And if the links of my affiliated go to [mysite.com...] , [mysite.com...] [mysite.com...] ....
I'm afraid i could be penaltied, and if it's possible i would like to get links to my homepage.
For this reason i would like to know if [mysite.com...] [mysite.com...] [mysite.com...] ... can be considered the same page or different pages. Is considered duplicated or not?
Thanks

I don't think you're understanding how the duplicate content penalty works.
Your site will not be penalised.
Some of the pages will be penalised.
I'll use your example (I'm assuming you already have an index.asp page that already exists and ranks in Google)
[example.com...] is an existing page and will not be penalised in any way by Google
[example.com...] will be a new page that Google sees as duplicate. It will be penalised
[example.com...] will be a new page that Google sees as duplicate. It will be penalised
[example.com...] will be a new page that Google sees as duplicate. It will be penalised
All of the new pages that Google sees will be regarded as being duplicates. However, there is no damage done as these new pages wouldn't have existed otherwise. The penalty only applies to these new pages and not the rest of your site. Your existing pages will not suffer any damage or drop in SERPS
However, each link still counts for pagerank and that pagerank will be passed throughout all of the non-penalised pages in your site.
You've no need to worry about penalising your site. Google will only penalise the affilate pages.
And what do you think about the second possibilitty?
If I use [mysite.com...] [mysite.com...] [mysite.com...] to get the Id of my users.
