No title and description for my home pages

hello there,

since yesterday google is now whoting title, description and cache for my home pages.

Instead of showing title and description, it shows only:

www.example.com

No cache is available.
The domain is very old (at least 10 years) and we have around 1200 external links.

Any clue?
