We have selected 20 sites out of these 100+ sites to use as "main" sites, and we then link to these main sites from other class C pools. The main sites don't link back to any sites in their respective pools and the sites that do link to them have links from everypage within the site.
My question is this: given our current IP layout, whats the best way that we should be linking to get maximum impact in Google?
All sites are unique, and most if not all have a healthy amount of content.
I am thinking that this method of linking from everypage has somehow hurt us, or perhaps that all the links were the same (same anchor text, linking to the same page), across all the sites.
We want to take advantage of managing this many domains with out tripping some sort of G filter, which I think we have already, as none of the 21 sites, or any other site for that matter, currently comes up in Google. (unless its some obscure term)
Any advice from people running multiple sites as we are? If you don't wanna give away any secrets to the masses, sticky me with your opinions, questions, whatever. I can sticky you back with an example of what we are doing.
We are very close to going under as a result of losing all our G positioning, so any help would be greatly appreciated. (and thats an understatement)
