Name Pages With Keywords or Title?

The title of a website is for example:
<title/>best widgets and blue online widgets</title>

Is it the best way to name the site best_widgets_blue_online_widgets.html or better use keywords from the whole site and name it for example widgets_blue_online_buy_florida.html?

Don't repeat keywords. Avoid irrelevant words. Use dashes instead of underscores (advice from GoogleGuy IIRC). Make sense to humans (that's what your site if for, isn't it?)

Not sure why you'd want to mention 'florida' when the page is about buying online. Or is Florida offline again?
