google only scan my site but do not show on their search result

I have a new site about 3 weeks old. Two weeks ago, I saw googlebot scan 1000s pages of my site, but only 200 of them are showed on google by searching site:mysite.com. In the past a few days I saw googlebot scan 1000s pages everyday, but none of them are showed on google search. Is this sounds like a problem?

Ya, give is 60-90days before making any judgements. It can easily take that long to show in the results.
