As an example, I searched for "widgets"
I then look at the description under every link.
Pos #1 "widgets.com is your online source to buy new and used widgets. etc."
Post #2 "Official worldwide web site of widgets."
And so on. You won't find those description on their sites. It was manually changed by Google.
