Can a Sanbox page rank in SERP

we are there for few keywords

Hi,

My friend's site is 11 months old and still not doing good , I showed it to few doctors and they said it might be sandbox fever.

I see that few of its pages are ranking good , as in, they are in top 200 or top 300 for competitive keyphrases. Is it possible in Sandbox?

Also I see that there is only one page in Yahoo for the site, when I do site:domain.com , earlier there were many pages in yahoo, in google still it has over 700 pages.

What is going wrong? Expert Doctors please help
