PICS Label Content Meta Tags

Do they have any benefit towards ranking in Google?

This latest update has set me back a little. Rather than a 'drop' in my own rankings its more a case of other sites catching me up and overtaking me - perhaps I took my foot off the gas a bit and was a bit complacent - so I cant complain really.

Anyhow, I've been looking at one site in particular that has overtaken me. They use the following tags in their html:

I cant see how, but would this possibly increase page rank in any way? This site has a PR6, and I cant see how from looking at their backlinks. This is the only thing that caught my eye that they appear to do differently.
