The challenge is not only for Indians, but for quite a few other countries in South Asia. They will be using TopCoders excellent arena to whittle down to the finest and im thrilled to bits that Google would plan to do something like this.

Its a well accepted fact in Bangalore that getting into Google would need a LOT of smarts. I wonder whether Google lays great emphasis on people with PHd's and stuff cos there are quite a few smart people who dont have degrees and would cut the grade in analytical skills and smarts.
