The thread Anyone Make It Out of the Sandbox With Allegra? [webmasterworld.com] is a great thread discussing whether new sites got out of sandbox in Update Allegra [webmasterworld.com].

I am starting this thread purely to discuss how much traffic has started pouring in after the un-sandboxing effect.

Both my huge new websites are completely out of sandbox as I can see live at www.google.com main site and they rank super high for competitive terms.

But in terms of traffic, I don't have anything positive to say. I see only about a 5-10% increase in traffic for both my new sites. [Both sites have more than 100k unique content pages, all crawled in Google]. I am completely baffled as to whats going on? I expected nothing less than 50 times the current pageviews. Perhaps it may gradually start increasing in the coming days.

Whats happening with you?

I did not get high on any competitive terms, but my google traffic improved by about 5 times (to 2,000 referrals a day).

Btw, what site do you have with 100,000 pages? Pm me the url if you do not mind

A "new" site with 100k "unique" content pages?

Either you've got hundreds of people chruning out content, or your an affiliate with a wholem lotta datafeeds/Rss feeds, etc.

We're getting roughly an extra 7000-8000 uniques per day now for the last 2 days, but it's certainly not traffic I'm counting on (although it has generated an extra $6k or so in sales).

I'll give it 7-10 days or so before we do any celebrating around here. as this update is far from over.
