what's is Google's preception on these?

I was reading a post on supplemental pages tag being referred to as the "kiss of death" and decided if I had any pages that fit this category. To check I did a search for a piece of text that was unique to my site and all of my pages. "my business name" Upon searching on Google I got about 1500 results. My site has about 400 pages and about 200-300 sites that link to it using the company's name but this didn't explain the 800 additional results. I noticed that many were supplemental results. They appeared to be all duplicate pages that copied by other sites. I think these other site owners were deliberately trying to steal my traffic. I noticed the cached version was the same as my page but the linked version would redirect to a casino site and some affiliate site. I am not sure what to do because is has been done on a massive scale and I wonder how Google viewed all these duplicate pages. It was not me that was trying to spam Google but I worry that Google will preceive it this way.

For any site copying your content I would write the owner of the offending site (see domain WhoIs data), and not just the webmaster, and provide a link to the offending page on their site and also one to your site where the content was copied from and ask them to remove the content.

If it's deliberate flagrant copying of your content I also tell them if they don't inform you shortly that the data has been removed you'll contact their hosting company and inform them of the copyright infringement (all hosting companys are bound by law to not let this happen). This usually gets a quick response.

If you have any of this data posted on a site with your permission (hopefully dated) this will help prove who had the content first. Linking to Google's Cache of your site or the offenders site may also help.

There is a site on the net where you can verify the original date of the content but I forgot where that is.

I do this all the time for my clients. I've had one prolific content thief have several of his websites removed for doing this. Responsible site owners and hosts usually respond within 24 hours.

PS. I use "no archive" in my robots text so search engines won't freely copy my content so you may consider that for future reference. It won't stop prolific thiefs however.

Are these the Supplemental pages:

If not, what is that?

Actually, the links show up in the regular search results. It just says "Supplemental Result" next to the cached link. I noticed that sometimes it is my page that appears to be considered the duplicate page.
