Question about using GMail

Getting incoming email to the correct label

I hope I'm asking this question in the right place.

Suppose I have a Google Alert named Red Rocks and a label in GMail named Red Rocks. When a new message with Red Rocks in the subject line arrives in my inbox, is there an easy way to have the arriving message go directly into the Red Rock label instead of into the inbox first?
