New interface in Gmail

Where is the link to multiple accounts?

Gmail has introduced a new cleaner interface & it's been coming & going all morning.

I have my chat contacts on the right side of the screen & with this configuration the link to multiple accounts is missing.
Unless I'm blind & can't find it. :-)
It used to be your email address in the upper right.
Click on it & your option to open other accounts was there.
Now it's not there.

It's really annoying.
Am I missing something?

OK, was just advised on the Gmail forum that the link is now on your small photo in the top right corner.

I clicked on everything else without finding it.

An explanation along with the change would have been nice.

Frustrating, eh.

The biggest complaint I get from friends is that the interface changes too frequently.

I don't mind if they change it so much but it's really annoying when something you use 2 or 3 times a day disappears.

A little box on your first use telling you where it is would be enough.
I kind of like the new cleaner format.
