Spam sent from my gmail account?

Looks like early this morning several hundred ads for a medication were sent from one of my gmail accounts.

I received the email myself in another account so I was able to look at the full headers. I am not 100% sure how to read full headers, but it looks like they actually came from my account, how do I read these? Plus I can see them in my sent mail...

Anyway, how do I figure out what happened, did someone get my password, or is it a virus on my computer?

Oh, I just found "details" at the bottom of my account, someone did access my account from another country this morning. Besides changing my password and security question, is there anything else I should do?

Same happened to me this morning. An ip in the Ukraine sent spam mail to all my contacts.

Wondering if they bruteforce my password at Google, or if something more serious is going on.

I just hope every one who got the spam email figures that my account was hacked and I didn't send it...

Run a virus / malware scan
