Name and Description of this forum?

I am a bit confused by the name and description of this forum. It seems to imply gmail is some form of new or seperate advertising, but I don't know of any gmail specific advertising. You can show up on there via adwords, but something else I don't know.

I browsed the topics and they all seem to relate to gmail as a mail service/reader. So I don't understand the use of advertising in the name of the forum and the description.

I want to make sure I am not missing something.

Originally, this forum was established to cover the emerging AdWords appearing in Gmail. However, as you are well aware, Gmail does not have a specific system for advertising solely on Gmail.

The forum covers a lot more than just Gmail advertising.
