If you go to the frontpage of gmail where you have to logfin, you see the following textin Dutch for me:

The number of MB's (2854.506681) is constantly changing, is this new? Or did no one notice it?

It has been there for quite a long time.

It is there for some time, also in Dutch. But as you probably not login so many times, you didn't see it.
